Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

 

You may request a return or exchange only if:

 

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

 

The return request is made within 48–72 hours of receiving the order.

 

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with seals intact. (Similar policy for herbal/personal-care products prevents return of opened or used items.)

2. Non-Returnable Items

 

The following will not be accepted for return:

 

Opened, used, or tampered products

 

Items damaged due to customer mishandling

 

Items bought under promotions, sale, or discount offers (unless defective)

3. Damaged or Wrong Product

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

 

Take clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

 

Contact customer support with order ID and media within 48-72 hrs.

 

Once approved, the product will be replaced or refunded.

4. Refund Policy

 

After verification and approval, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

 

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made via bank transfer/UPI.

5. Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.

 

Once shipped, cancellation is generally not allowed (unless there’s a service error).
